This Privacy Policy explains how Eden Global Solutions LLC (“Eden,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit edenglobalsolutions.com, use our solar calculator, request an estimate, subscribe to communications, apply for opportunities, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our website and services.
Eden Global Solutions LLC is based in Louisville, Kentucky, United States. Solar services in the Dominican Republic may be offered or performed by Aletheia Energy SRL or another disclosed local affiliate. When an affiliate receives or uses information for a local project, that affiliate may act as a separate business responsible for its own processing under applicable law.

The solar calculator and online forms use the information entered to produce preliminary illustrations. Results may depend on assumptions about consumption, tariffs, solar resources, equipment, system losses, roof or site conditions, tax treatment, utility programs, financing, and future energy use. We may review and revise these results. Calculator output is not used to make a decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate human review.
5 How We Disclose Information

Affiliates, including Aletheia Energy SRL, when needed to respond to or perform a project in the relevant country.
